How to claim our tickets?
Tickets purchased together with the ticket inclusions will be given on the day of the event, just present the e-mail confirmation of your ticket purchase and a proof of identification to the event organizers.

Are children allowed to watch the film?
Yes! As long as they have their own purchased tickets and are accompanied by a ticket-bearing adult inside the cinema.

Are the seats assigned?
It is free seating. Viewers may select their seats upon entering the cinema.

Are the tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable.
