The longevity of your tinsel will vary depending on your hair type, washing routine, brushing, styling, and overall hair care. Hair Condition: Please provide accurate information about your hair, including any chemical treatments, extensions, breakage, or areas of fragile hair. Sparklee by Jenny reserves the right to decline or modify a service if the condition of the hair may make installation unsafe or unsuitable. Heat & Styling: Hair tinsel can be styled with heat when appropriate, but excessive heat may damage or melt the tinsel. Clients are responsible for following the recommended heat guidelines provided by Sparklee by Jenny. Sparklee by Jenny is not responsible for damage caused by improper use of heat tools or failure to follow aftercare instructions. Scalp & Sensitivities: Clients are responsible for informing Sparklee by Jenny of any known allergies, sensitivities, scalp irritation, or other concerns that may affect the service. If you experience unusual irritation, discomfort, or a reaction following your appointment, discontinue use and seek appropriate medical advice if necessary. Appointment Policy: Please arrive on time with clean, completely dry hair and free of excessive oils, heavy products, or buildup whenever possible. Arriving late, with excessively dirty/wet hair, or with conditions that prevent the service from being performed properly may result in the appointment being shortened, modified, or rescheduled. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
