Rush File: additional $100 for files received five (5) or fewer business days before scheduled closing, when accepted by KM. KM manually determines applicability during acceptance. Actual reasonable time includes required waiting. Invoices are due 7 calendar days unless a different order due date is stated. Quoted scope, fee, and payment schedule must be confirmed in writing before work begins.
