Use the descriptions below as a guide when selecting the category or categories that best fit a nomination. Nominees may be nominated in more than one category when appropriate.
AUDIO, VISUAL & MEDIA
Audio Visual — Outstanding video, film, streaming, or other audio-visual content serving the metaphysical, spiritual, holistic, or related community.
Audio Books — Excellence in an audiobook, including content, narration, production, and overall listening experience.
Blogs — Outstanding written online content that informs, educates, inspires, or entertains within the metaphysical and related communities.
Classes — Outstanding online, recorded, or media-based educational classes or courses based on content, presentation, instruction, and value.
Digital Subscriptions — Outstanding subscription-based digital content, education, resources, communities, or experiences.
Podcast & Radio — Excellence in podcast or radio programming based on content, presentation, originality, production, and audience value.
Social Media — Outstanding social-media account, channel, or body of content based on quality, creativity, engagement, education, inspiration, or entertainment.
Website — Outstanding website based on content, usefulness, presentation, accessibility, creativity, and overall user experience.
Legendary Media* — An established media property, program, platform, publication, or body of media work from before July 2025 that continues to demonstrate lasting excellence, popularity, influence, or impact.
BOOKS
Astrology — Outstanding book focused primarily on astrology, its systems, interpretation, history, practice, or application.
Book Cover Design — Exceptional book-cover design based on artistry, originality, presentation, and connection to the work.
Crystals & Gemstones — Outstanding book focused primarily on crystals, gemstones, mineral wisdom, crystal healing, or related subjects.
Divination — Outstanding book exploring divination methods, practices, tools, history, or development.
Health & Wellness — Outstanding book addressing holistic, integrative, spiritual, energetic, or related approaches to health and well-being.
Strange & Unexplained — Outstanding book exploring mysterious, anomalous, supernatural, unexplained, or other extraordinary phenomena and experiences.
Pets & Animals — Outstanding book exploring animals through a spiritual, intuitive, metaphysical, holistic, or related perspective.
Psychic Development — Outstanding book teaching or exploring psychic awareness, intuition, extrasensory abilities, or psychic development.
Spirit Guides — Outstanding book focused on spirit guides, communication with guides, guideship, or related spiritual teachings.
Tarot — Outstanding book devoted primarily to Tarot reading, interpretation, symbolism, history, education, or practice.
Paganism, Witchcraft & Magick — Outstanding book focused on Pagan traditions, witchcraft, magick, spellcraft, or related practices.
Fiction — Outstanding fiction incorporating metaphysical, spiritual, mystical, magical, occult, supernatural, or related themes.
Legendary Books* — A book published before July 2025 that continues to demonstrate lasting excellence, popularity, influence, or impact.
CARTOMANCY PRODUCTS
Affirmation/Inspiration Deck — Outstanding card deck designed primarily for affirmation, inspiration, reflection, encouragement, or personal insight.
Card Deck Artistry & Packaging — Exceptional artistry, graphic design, production, and packaging of an eligible card deck.
Lenormand Deck — Outstanding Lenormand deck based on usability, symbolism, artistry, originality, production, and presentation.
Oracle Deck — Outstanding oracle deck based on concept, content, usability, artistry, originality, and overall presentation.
Tarot Deck — Outstanding Tarot deck based on symbolism, usability, artistry, originality, production, and overall presentation.
Legendary Deck* — A cartomancy deck released before July 2025 that continues to demonstrate lasting excellence, popularity, influence, or impact.
CLOTHING & HOME GOODS
Metaphysical High Fashion — Exceptional elevated fashion inspired by metaphysical, spiritual, mystical, magical, or occult themes, including distinctive clothing, statement pieces, and designer apparel. T-shirts have a separate category.
Tapestry — Outstanding decorative tapestry featuring metaphysical, spiritual, mystical, magical, or related imagery, symbolism, or design.
T-Shirts — Outstanding T-shirt design featuring metaphysical, spiritual, mystical, magical, humorous, inspirational, or related themes.
Figurines — Outstanding decorative or collectible figurines representing metaphysical, spiritual, mystical, mythological, magical, or related subjects.
Legendary Clothing or Home Goods* — Clothing, décor, or home goods introduced before July 2025 that continue to demonstrate lasting excellence, popularity, influence, or impact.
OTHER PRODUCTS
Astrology Products — Outstanding astrology-related products, tools, gifts, or merchandise not more appropriately entered in another category.
Angel Products — Outstanding products inspired by angels, archangels, angelic traditions, or related spiritual themes.
Aroma Products — Outstanding aromatic products such as incense, oils, sprays, mists, or other scent-based spiritual or wellness products.
Candles — Outstanding candles based on concept, craftsmanship, quality, presentation, intention, creativity, or related qualities.
Crystal Jewelry — Outstanding jewelry featuring crystals, gemstones, minerals, or stones as a primary element.
Jewelry (Other than Crystal) — Outstanding jewelry in which crystals or gemstones are not the primary defining element.
Love Products — Outstanding products designed around themes or intentions of love, relationships, romance, self-love, or emotional connection.
Manifestation Products — Outstanding products or tools designed to support intention-setting, manifestation, abundance, goal-setting, or related practices.
Spell, Magick & Witchcraft Products — Outstanding products or tools created for spellwork, magick, witchcraft, ritual, or related practices.
Legendary Products* — An eligible product introduced before July 2025 that continues to demonstrate lasting excellence, popularity, influence, or impact.
BEST OF 2026
Artist — Recognizes an artist demonstrating exceptional creativity, craftsmanship, originality, and contribution to the metaphysical, spiritual, mystical, or related community.
Author — Recognizes an author for outstanding writing, body of work, creativity, contribution, and connection with readers.
Brick & Mortar Retailer — Recognizes an outstanding physical retail store serving the metaphysical, spiritual, holistic, mystical, or related community.
Online Retailer — Recognizes an outstanding online retailer based on product selection, customer experience, service, presentation, and contribution to the community.
Oracle & Diviner — Recognizes an outstanding professional practitioner of divination or oracular work, including Tarot, oracle, astrology, runes, numerology, or other divinatory practices.
Medium — Recognizes an outstanding professional medium based on excellence, integrity, professionalism, communication, and contribution to the field.
Publisher — Recognizes an outstanding publishing company or imprint contributing exceptional books, decks, or related works to the field.
Self-Publisher — Recognizes excellence in independently publishing books, decks, or related works without a traditional publishing house.
Social Media Creator — Recognizes an individual creator producing outstanding social-media content that informs, educates, inspires, entertains, or meaningfully engages the community.
Wellness Practitioner — Recognizes an outstanding practitioner providing holistic, energetic, spiritual, complementary, or related wellness services.
* Legendary categories are subject to the Legendary Award eligibility period: before July 2025.
Nomination, Voting, & Eligibility Rules
NOMINATIONS
Nominations are free and open to the public. You may nominate yourself, another person, a business, product, publication, event, organization, or other eligible nominee in the appropriate category.
There is no purchase necessary to nominate or to be nominated.
A nominee may be nominated in more than one category when appropriate.
ELIGIBILITY
Nominees must be 18 years of age or older or be a business, organization, product, publication, event, or other eligible entity.
Current SoulTopia employees, owners, and members of the awards administration team are not eligible to be nominated.
Nominees do not have to be affiliated with SoulTopia or have previously shopped, worked, taught, or appeared at SoulTopia.
SoulTopia reserves the right to determine whether a nomination is appropriate for the category selected and may move a nomination to a more appropriate category when necessary.
ELIGIBILITY PERIOD
Unless otherwise stated, works, products, publications, events, programs, and other time-specific nominees in the regular SoulTopia Best of 2026 categories must have been released, published, launched, held, or otherwise made available between July 1, 2025 and August 31, 2026.
For categories recognizing individuals, businesses, organizations, practitioners, or other ongoing work, the nominee must have been active during this eligibility period.
Categories designated as Legendary Awards have separate eligibility requirements. Legendary Awards recognize outstanding work, products, people, events, or contributions from before July 2025 that continue to demonstrate lasting excellence, popularity, influence, or impact.

NOMINATOR REQUIREMENTS
To submit a nomination, you must be subscribed to the SoulTopia email list and follow at least one designated SoulTopia or Michelle Welch social-media account.
If you are not currently subscribed or following, you may do so at the time you submit your nomination.
You may nominate yourself or your own business, product, publication, event, or work.
There is no fee to submit a nomination.
FINALIST SELECTION
Following the close of nominations, SoulTopia will review nominations for eligibility, category placement, duplicate entries, and compliance with these rules.
Up to 10 eligible nominees in each category may advance to the finalist round. When a category has 10 or fewer eligible nominees, SoulTopia may advance all eligible nominees.
When more than 10 eligible nominees are received in a category, SoulTopia will consider the nominations received along with category fit and the overall purpose of recognizing excellence in the field.
Nominees are encouraged to celebrate and share their nominations with their communities. Community support is an important part of the SoulTopia Best of Awards. At the same time, the finalist process is designed to recognize excellence across the community, including outstanding nominees with both large and small audiences.
The number of nominations received will not carry over into the final voting round. All finalists begin the voting round equally.
VOTING
Public voting will take place October 1 through October 28, 2026.
Each person may vote once per category.
Finalists are encouraged to celebrate their recognition, share the voting information, and invite their communities to participate.
Duplicate, automated, or otherwise invalid votes may be removed so that voting remains fair for everyone.
Final placements will be based on the number of eligible votes received:
GOLD: Highest number of votes
SILVER: Second-highest number of votes
BRONZE: Third-highest number of votes
If two or more finalists receive the same number of eligible votes for a placement, the result will be a tie and each will receive that placement.
AWARDS
Gold, Silver, and Bronze recipients will receive an official SoulTopia Best of 2026 digital certificate and digital award seal for promotional use.
Selected award categories may include additional prizes, including SoulTopia gift cards.
LEGENDARY AWARDS
Categories marked with an asterisk (*) are Legendary Awards.
Legendary Awards recognize outstanding work, products, people, events, or contributions from before July 2025 that continue to demonstrate lasting excellence, popularity, influence, or impact.
For a book, deck, product, or other creative work, this generally means it was originally released before July 2025. For an individual, organization, event, or other ongoing contribution, this generally means the work was established before July 2025.
Legendary Awards recognize excellence that has stood the test of time.
IMPORTANT DATES

Public voting will take place October 1 through October 28, 2026.
Gold, Silver, and Bronze recipients will be announced at the SoulTopia Best of 2026 Awards Ceremony on October 31, 2026.
PURPOSE & SPIRIT
The SoulTopia Best of Awards are offered completely free of charge with the goal of celebrating excellence and elevating the metaphysical, divination, spiritual, strange and unexplained, and holistic wellness communities.
There is no fee to nominate, be nominated, become a finalist, vote, or receive an award.
These awards are a community recognition program created to shine a light on exceptional people, businesses, educators, creators, products, publications, events, and organizations within our fields.
SoulTopia is committed to administering the awards thoughtfully, fairly, and in good faith. In that same spirit, we ask participants to approach the awards as they are intended: a celebration of excellence, achievement, and community.
AWARD ADMINISTRATION
SoulTopia may verify nominations and votes, determine category eligibility, move a nomination to a more appropriate category, combine or modify categories when reasonably necessary, and address duplicate, automated, or otherwise invalid entries or votes.
These guidelines will be applied as fairly and consistently as reasonably possible.
The SoulTopia Best of Awards are intended to recognize excellence above technicalities while maintaining a fair process for everyone participating.
When a reasonable question arises, SoulTopia will look to the purpose and spirit of the awards rather than use minor technicalities to unnecessarily exclude an otherwise eligible nominee.
Use seperate forms to make multiple nominations of different individuals and/or different products.
