• Our Community, Our Future: Community Needs Survey

Tell us what you and your community need to thrive.
  • United Way North Central Florida wants to hear directly from the people who live and work in our six-county service area.

We’re developing our next strategic plan, and your experience matters. This survey will help us better understand the challenges families are facing today, what expenses are putting the greatest pressure on household budgets, where people turn when they need help, and what you believe our community will need in the future.

Some questions will focus on ALICE households—people who are working but may still struggle to afford basic needs such as housing, child care, food, transportation, and health care. You do not need to be familiar with ALICE to participate. We’re interested in your own experiences and observations.

The survey takes approximately 10-12 minutes to complete. Your responses are confidential, and there are no right or wrong answers. You may skip any question you don’t feel comfortable answering.

Your input will be combined with feedback from community leaders and local nonprofit organizations to help United Way North Central Florida determine where our resources and efforts can have the greatest impact.

Thank you for sharing your experience and helping us understand what our community needs to thrive.
