VOLUNTEER WAIVER & RELEASE
I understand that volunteering at the Race Against Human Trafficking may involve activities including walking, standing for extended periods, being outdoors, assisting with event setup or cleanup, and working in areas where runners, spectators, vehicles, equipment, and other event activities may be present.

I understand that participation as a volunteer involves certain risks. I voluntarily choose to participate and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Plant A Seed, event organizers, law enforcement, emergency personnel, and designated team leaders.

To the extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Plant A Seed, its directors, officers, volunteers, event partners, sponsors, and representatives from claims arising from my voluntary participation in the event, except where prohibited by law.

I understand that this form does not replace the need to exercise reasonable care or follow event safety procedures.
