United Way North Central Florida (UWNCFL) is developing its next strategic plan, and we want to hear from the organizations working on the front lines of our community's most pressing challenges.
Your organization has a unique perspective on what families and individuals are experiencing. We want to understand which needs are increasing, where gaps in services exist, what challenges your clients are bringing to you, and what your organization and the broader nonprofit sector will need to be successful in the years ahead.
We'll also ask about the role you believe UWNCFL should play—from funding and convening to capacity building, data, advocacy, volunteer engagement, and community leadership.
Several questions use an ALICE lens, focusing on households that are employed but still unable to consistently afford basic necessities. We are particularly interested in how financial pressures are affecting the people you serve and what barriers prevent households from achieving greater stability.
The survey should take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. Please answer from the perspective of your organization and the clients or communities you serve. There are no right or wrong answers; candid feedback—including areas where you believe UWNCFL could improve—is especially valuable.
Your responses will be considered alongside input from community residents and other stakeholders and will directly inform United Way North Central Florida's strategic priorities, community investments, partnerships, and role in the years ahead.
Thank you for the work you do every day—and for helping us think together about what our community needs next.
