Volunteer Registration Form

Join us in this collective effort to give pre-loved textbooks a second life and make educational resources more accessible to students across Singapore!

This initiative is jointly organised by FairPrice Group and National Trades Union Congress (NTUC).

Share-A-Textbook 2026 will involve two phases of volunteering, as follows:

1) Sorting Phase: 26 November – 3 December 2026

2) Distribution Phase: 4 – 5 December 2026                                                

Volunteers can select their preferred dates and slots based on availability.         

Both sessions will be held at the Tzu Chi Humanistic Youth Centre.

You may select more than one time slot (e.g. both AM and PM slot). If you would like to volunteer for a full day shift, please select both AM and PM slots. 

 

1) Sorting Phase: 26 November – 3 December 2026

AM slot - 9am to 1pm

PM slot - 2pm to 6pm   

 

2) Distribution Phase: 4 – 5 December 2026  

AM slot - 9am to 2pm

PM slot - 2pm to 7pm                                                                                                                                            
If you are registering for more than 1 volunteer with a different time slot, please kindly submit another registration form.                                                               

We will contact you to confirm the details of deployment.
 

Terms and Conditions^

• I declare that the particulars provided by me are true and accurate to the best of my knowledge and that I have not knowingly withheld any material information.

• I understand that I am required to declare any actual or potential conflict of interest arising in connection with my volunteer activities.

• I acknowledge that my participation in Share-A-Textbook 2026 is voluntary.
• I acknowledge that my participation in Share-A-Textbook 2026 is voluntary. I am responsible for my own safety and conduct from the point of registration and throughout my duties. I will exercise due care, follow all instructions given, and accept the risks associated with volunteering.

Personal Data Protection Notice

• I understand and agree that FairPrice Group (FPG), together with National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) as a co-organiser of Share-A-Textbook 2026, may collect, use and/or disclose the personal data provided by me for purposes relating to the administration and coordination of the programme, including managing my volunteer registration, deployment and participation, and communicating with me on matters relating to my volunteer activities.

• I understand and agree that, where necessary for the purposes stated above, my personal data may be disclosed to and processed by appointed third-party service providers (Terra SG Pte. Ltd) engaged by FPG and/or NTUC to support the administration and coordination of Share-A-Textbook 2026.

• I understand that FPG, NTUC and/or their appointed third-party service providers may contact me via telephone call, mobile message and/or email for matters relating to my registration and participation in Share-A-Textbook 2026.
• My personal data will only be collected, used and/or disclosed for the purposes stated above, other purposes that I have been notified of, or as otherwise permitted or required under applicable law.
