Charter Bus Terms & Conditions
1. Prohibited Items: NO Smoking, fuel containers, and generators are prohibited. Golf shoes or other shoes with spikes, decorations, and glass containers are allowed only with prior consent.
2. Firearms, Explosives and Fireworks: Possession of firearms, explosives, and fireworks, whether in baggage or on the person, is strictly forbidden on all chartered services.
3. Damages to Buses: The cost of repairing damage to buses resulting from the client/passenger’s negligent or intentional actions will be charged to the responsible client/passenger and is payable once the cost is determined by the charter company.
4. Baggage: The charter company assumes no responsibility for personal property. Baggage and other personal property are transported at the traveler’s own risk and subject to available accommodations as determined by the charter company. Additional handling charges may apply to airport transfers.
5. Objectionable Persons: The charter company reserves the right to refuse transportation to any person, including persons under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, persons who are or are likely to become objectionable to others, or when the driver feels threatened in any way.
6. Conduct of Passengers: Passengers may not obstruct the driver in the discharge of duties or tamper with any apparatus or appliance on the bus. Passengers must remain seated while the bus is moving, and the charter company is not liable for passengers who fail to comply with the seating requirement.
7. Unusual Cleaning: An additional cleaning fee may be billed if the vehicle requires additional cleaning due to excessive trash or bodily fluids. The amount is determined by the charter company and will be a minimum of $300 per vehicle. This fee is separate from any alcohol fee.
8. General Indemnification: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the charter company and its employees, directors, affiliates, partially or wholly owned subsidiaries, agents, successors, and assigns from losses, costs, damages, claims, liens, or other expenses, including attorneys’ fees and costs, arising from or connected with the charter company’s performance of the transportation agreement.
Shopping Trip Cancellation & Refund Policy
To ensure that all transportation, reservations, and trip-related expenses are properly secured, the following cancellation policy applies to all participants.
Payment & Reservation
Your seat is not confirmed until payment has been received. Seats are available on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
Participant Cancellations
All DEPOSIT are non-refundable. Once payment has been submitted, no refunds will be issued if a participant cancels or is unable to attend the shopping trip for any reason.
This includes illness or personal emergencies, work or schedule conflicts, transportation issues, failure to arrive by the designated departure time, changes in personal plans, and inclement weather that does not result in cancellation of the trip.
Transfer of Reservation
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another person, provided that you are responsible for finding the replacement traveler, the replacement traveler agrees to all trip rules, policies, and terms, the trip organizer must be notified of the change prior to the established trip deadline, and any money exchanged between the original traveler and replacement traveler is the responsibility of those individuals.
No-Show & Late Arrival Policy
Participants who fail to arrive at the designated departure location by the announced departure time will be considered a no-show. The bus will not be held for late participants, and no refund or credit will be issued.
Trip Cancellation by Organizer
If the shopping trip must be canceled by the organizer due to insufficient participation, transportation cancellation, severe weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond the organizer’s reasonable control, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
If the organizer cancels the trip, participants will receive a refund of any recoverable funds after non-refundable expenses and fees already paid to vendors have been deducted. If the trip is rescheduled rather than canceled, payments may be transferred to the rescheduled date at the organizer’s discretion.
Charter Bus & Transportation
Participants understand that transportation is provided by a third-party charter bus company. The trip organizer is not responsible for delays, mechanical problems, route changes, traffic, accidents, or other circumstances controlled by the transportation provider.
Shopping & Personal Purchases
Participants are responsible for their own purchases, personal belongings, meals, and other expenses unless specifically stated as included in the trip price. The organizer and charter bus company are not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged personal items or merchandise.
Acknowledgment
By submitting payment for the shopping trip, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy and all other applicable trip terms and conditions.
