  • At Ikon Institute of Australia, we understand that students may occasionally experience unexpected financial difficulties that impact their ability to meet tuition fee payment deadlines.

    Students experiencing exceptional circumstances may submit this form to request consideration for a payment extension. Supporting documentation may be required to assist in the assessment of the request.

    Payment extension requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Ikon’s Fees & Refunds Policy and applicable regulatory requirements. Approval is generally considered where compassionate or compelling circumstances are demonstrated and supported by appropriate evidence.

    In some cases, we might contact you for further details to determine the outcome of your payment extension request. The outcome of your application will be communicated to you via student email.

  • By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree that:

    • Submitting a payment extension request does not guarantee approval. Each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Ikon’s Fees & Refunds Policy and applicable regulatory requirements.
    • The information I have provided is true, complete and accurate, and I have provided any relevant supporting documentation required to support my request.
    • I remain responsible for paying my outstanding tuition fees unless and until my payment extension request has been formally approved by Ikon.
    • If my payment extension request is approved, I agree to pay the full outstanding amount by the extended due date communicated to me by Ikon.
    • Approval of a payment extension does not waive, reduce or otherwise change my tuition fees or financial obligations to Ikon.
    • If my request is not approved, or if I fail to make payment by the approved extended due date, Ikon may take further action in accordance with its policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
    • Any future or additional request for a payment extension will be assessed separately and is not automatically approved based on any previous extension.
    • I am responsible for monitoring my student email account for correspondence regarding the outcome of my request and any applicable payment deadlines.
    • I understand that my payment extension request may take up to 5 business days to be assessed and processed.
