We are currently accepting applications for our Blue Diamond stand and our upcoming Northeast Las Vegas location. Our new location is expected to open soon, and selected applicants may begin training at our Blue Diamond location before opening.

At Pollitos Aguas, the customer experience is our number one priority. We want every customer to feel welcomed, comfortable and excited to return. We are looking for team members who are friendly, confident and genuinely enjoy interacting with people—not someone who simply takes an order and moves on to the next customer.

Every team member should be able to greet customers with enthusiasm, maintain a friendly conversation and patiently guide first-time customers through our menu. You should learn our products well enough to explain how our BYOB experience works, answer questions clearly and confidently recommend drinks, combinations and menu items based on what each customer likes.

We want our team to remember three things during every interaction:

• Welcome every customer
• Guide them with confidence
• Make their experience memorable

Team members may rotate between greeting customers, taking orders and payments, preparing agua frescas, assembling corn cups and BYOB orders, restocking supplies, maintaining clean workstations, and assisting with opening or closing duties. Everyone is expected to work quickly without sacrificing friendliness, accuracy, cleanliness or product quality.

Part-time positions are available. Evening and weekend availability is strongly preferred.

Pay starts at $13–$14 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications and availability, plus tips.

Previous food-service experience is helpful but not required. We can teach you how to prepare our products, but you must bring a positive attitude, dependable work ethic, strong communication and a genuine desire to take care of our customers. Employees must have reliable transportation and obtain a valid SNHD Food Handler Safety Card before handling food.
