Contractor Completion & Payment TermsBy signing below, the Contractor confirms and agrees that:Completion of Works – All works instructed have been completed in full and to the required standard.Photographic Evidence – Detailed photographs must be submitted showing the condition before, during where appropriate, and after completion. Photographs must clearly demonstrate the works undertaken and the finished result.Invoice Submission – A valid invoice must be submitted promptly following completion of the works and must clearly reference the relevant job, site and/or purchase order number where applicable.Verification of Works – Payment is subject to satisfactory verification of the completed works. Verification may be undertaken directly with the client or by our surveyor/representative attending site. Where a site inspection is required, we will aim to arrange this within 48 hours of notification of completion.Payment – Once the works have been satisfactorily verified and all required photographs and invoice documentation have been received, payment will be made within 72 hours of verification.Avoiding Payment Delays – Contractors should provide clear and detailed before-and-after photographs immediately upon completion. Missing, unclear or insufficient photographs, incomplete works, defects, or missing invoice information may delay verification and therefore payment.By signing below, the Contractor confirms that the works have been completed and accepts the above completion, verification and payment terms.
