For repair work we will need your Hull Identification Number. The HIN lets us go back to the builder and confirm the exact material your boat left the factory with. That matters most on patch work, or when one cushion is being redone next to originals: vinyl changes batch to batch and fades on the water, so matching by eye against a neighbouring cushion is how you end up with a repair that is visible from across the dock.
