Coaching Agreement & Code of Conduct
By submitting this application, I understand and agree to uphold the values and mission of the Greater Bullitt County Youth Spring Flag Football League. I acknowledge that this program exists to build up young athletes, not only in skill, but also in character, teamwork, and sportsmanship. I agree to prioritize the growth and well-being of all players, emphasizing effort, discipline, and respect both on and off the field. I understand that consistent attendance at practices and games is mandatory, as reliability is essential to the development of each team. I agree to maintain positive, respectful communication with parents, league officials, and referees at all times. I acknowledge that this league will not be used as a means of recruiting players for regular season football programs. Misconduct, poor sportsmanship, or disrespectful behavior toward players, parents, officials, or league officers will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal or disqualification from future coaching opportunities. While I am permitted to select my own assistant coaches and team parents, I accept full responsibility for their actions and for the conduct of my athletes. My focus as a coach will remain on fostering a safe, fun, and encouraging environment that helps each participant grow as a student, athlete, and teammate.
