CLASS SIZE: All in-person classes are capped at 6 students so everyone gets real hands-on time with an instructor. CANCELLATION POLICY: Reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your class for a full refund or a free transfer to another date. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once. No-shows forfeit the class fee. BLENDED LEARNING: If you registered for an AHA or Red Cross class, you must complete the online portion before your class date and bring your completion certificate with you. Without it, we cannot certify you that day.
