400 North REALTORS® 2027 Leadership Academy Application
The 400 North Leadership Academy is designed to promote growth, involvement, and leadership within the 400 North Board of REALTORS® and the real estate community through education, training, and professional development. The program will provide quality enrichment opportunities, challenging participants to grow personally and professionally through self-understanding and refinement of leadership skills.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

Up to twelve (12) participants will be selected. Applicants must be a full-time, active 400 North REALTOR® and remain a 400 North member for the duration of the program. It is recommended that applicants have at least two year of licensure and a minimum of five closed or leased transactions to qualify for the Leadership Academy.

» Applications are accepted until 5:00 pm on November 13th.

» The fee to participate will be $200 and your application will not be accepted until submission of your payment is provided. If you are not selected for the Academy, your $200 fee will be refunded.

» The proposed schedule for the 1st quarter of 2027 is currently the following:
- January 2027 - Opening Session
- February 2027 - Attend Day at the Dome in Atlanta (One Day on the Week of February 15th - 17th)
- March 2027 - Attend the one-hour BOD meeting (If you cannot attend you will have until June 30th to attend another one
Please note that dates and times are still being determined. Sessions will be held in person and attendance is required to all sessions. You will be allowed one excused absence. Please note that these sessions may run from 9 AM - 4 PM, with lunch being provided.

» To graduate from the program and be recognized at the 2027 Christmas Luncheon and Installation in December, participants must:
- Attend all sessions, one excused absence is permitted
- Attend Day at the Dome (Week of February 15th -17th, 2027)
- Attend one or more 400 North BOD meetings by June 30th, 2027
- Join at least one 400N committee and remain a member in good standing
- Be a full time REALTOR® and 400N member in good standing
- Attend a one-on-one meeting with an assigned Board of Director mentor by June 30th, 2027
