Release of Liability and Acknowledgment and Acceptance Of Dangers, Risks and Hazards of
Hunting Lease
By signing this agreement, I hereby release and forever discharge THE GOAT RANCH LLC., Dustin Chrisman
(whether or not the same are affiliated companies), and their landowner/lease manager, agents, servants, directors
and/or officers from any and all damage(s), loss(es), claim(s) and cause(s) of action whatsoever, arising out of or in
any way connected with my participation with THE GOAT RANCH LLC. I further understand and acknowledge that
THE GOAT RANCH LLC., assumes no responsibility for any act and/or omission which may cause any damage to any
person, Including me, or animal resulting from or in any way connected with the event, including traveling to or
from, or By signing this agreement, I hereby release and forever discharge THE GOAT RANCH LLC, while
participating in the event. This document is sufficient warning that dangerous conditions, risks, and hazards do
exist. My presence and activities on the Ranch expose both me and my property to dangerous conditions, risks and
hazards, including but not limited to: insects and spiders; blinds and treestands, whether or not erected by the
Ranch; erosion and general condition of the land, both on and off roadways or senderos, creating rough, hazardous
and dangerous driving and walking conditions; Animals both wild and domestic that may be diseased and/or
potentially dangerous; deep water, person with firearms both on and off the Ranch and the use of vehicles or
recreational vehicles, including boats. I hereby state that I expressly assume all such dangers, risks and hazards. In
consideration for the right to enter the Ranch, I hereby release and agree to protect, indemnify, and hold harmless
the Ranch and his/her respective agents, employees and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands,
causes of action and damages, including attorneys' fees, resulting from any accident, incident or occurrence arising
out of incidental to or in any way to all Improvements thereon, whether or not caused by the Lessor's negligence or
gross negligence. This release applies during the time that I am permitted on the premises. I hereby further
covenant and agree that I, my heirs, successors and assigns will not make any claim or Institute any suit or action at
law or in equity against the Lessor or his/her respective heirs, agents, representative, employees, successors or
assigns by reason of conditions of the Ranch or activities occurring hereon. The undersigned agrees that in the
event that any dispute procedure is filed or initiated in order to enforce or interpret this Agreement or by the
Undersigned against the Releasers, venue shall lie in Filmore county, Nebraska, and the Undersigned expressly
waives any rights which he or she might have for venue to lie elsewhere. As used in this release, the terms I, my
person and myself, Includes dogs, minors, and dependents in Care while on the Ranch. I will have all minors, and
dependents that I am responsible for with me At all times. I give my consent for the use of my picture, photo, video
clip, game photo, wildlife photo, and name, as well as any comment, and/or reference material in any future
brochure, advertisement, or material developed for promotional or wildlife management purposes.
BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND IT AND ALL OF THE
PROVISIONS, AND I AM SIGNING VOLUNTARILY.
