• Meal price: $38.00 (taxes and service included)
• Bring your own wine.
• Round tables for 8 people.

 Location rental

The cost of the meal does not include the room rental fee. If you would like to contribute toward the room rental fee, please see the payment options below.

PAYMENT

Deadline for payment Thursday ,September 24 ,23:59 p.m.

• Payment:
  ONLY meals for which payment is RECEIVED before 23:59 p.m. on September 24 are GUARANTEED. See payment methods below
  
  

• Cancellation:
  ONLY cancellations made before 23:59 p.m. on September 24 , by email to:montreal-celebration@raelcanada.org will be refundable.
  
  After this date, your payment will be converted into a DONATION to the Raelian Church.

• Replacement:
  To have someone else replace you at the Celebration meal, you must find someone who agrees to reimburse you personally for the cost of the meal, and you must notify the organizers by email at:
  montreal-celebration@raelcanada.org

AFTER SEPTEMBER 24, 81 a.H.

• Waiting list :
  No meals are guaranteed after September 24 . If you would like to be placed on a waiting list,please send your request by email to: 
  montreal-celebration@raelcanada.org
  
  If a meal becomes available between septermber 24  and October 7, you will be notified by email, and you will then be required to pay for the meal on site, in cash.

 

Payment methods : Meals and/or Contribution to rooms rentals costs

Payment by Interac:

— To pay your meal by Interac, please use the email address: repas@raelcanada.org

— In the "Message" box, please enter the names of all the people for whom you are making a payment.

— You will receive a payment confirmation from your financial institution.

(If you need help making a payment via Interac, please contact your financial institution’s customer service department.

To ensure that the procedure works properly, you can make a $1 “test” transaction before paying for your meal.)

Payment by check or money order:

Make your check or money order payable to Église Raélienne, indicating  “meal for October 7” in the memo line, and mail it to:

Please make sure your postal mailing is delivered by the deadline of September 24.

DONATIONS TO THE RAELIAN CHURCH:

You may add a DONATION to the cost of the meal. The amount exceeding the price of the meal will be donated to the Raelian Church.
