*I understand I will only receive LRAP during a clerkship if I earned $15,000 or less during each summer in law school and will directly enter a qualifying public interest position after my clerkship. If I earned more than $15,000 during either summer in law school, I will not be eligible to receive LRAP during my clerkship, but I will be eligible to receive an LRAP award once I enter a qualifying public interest position after my clerkship. I also understand that if I receive an LRAP award during my clerkship and don’t directly enter a qualifying public interest position after my clerkship, I must repay my LRAP award.
