Poster Session Instructions

Poster setup will take place between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM in the Silverton Ballroom. SCN8A families will be in the space and will have the opportunity to view posters in advance from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

The formal poster session will take place from 5:00–6:00 PM in the Silverton Ballroom.

Because the audience will include families and community members, we strongly encourage presenters to include a brief lay summary or plain-language section that explains the research in accessible terms.

Posters must be sized appropriately to fit on a 48" × 96" display board and may not exceed those dimensions.

Push pins will be provided for mounting posters.
