This form is for adults interested in becoming Catholic at St. John the Baptist. We provide formation both for adults preparing for Baptism and for baptized Christians preparing to be received into the full communion of the Catholic Church. Completing this form does not commit you to entering the Church; it simply begins a conversation and helps us understand the appropriate next steps. Our 2026–2027 formation will begin with our regular catechism class on Thursday, September 3. Because our groups are usually small, subsequent meetings and preparation are arranged according to the circumstances and needs of those who inquire. Further details will be confirmed after we have spoken with you.
