What is the YPB?
Hough Ear Institute’s Young Professionals Board (YPB) brings together emerging leaders under 40 who want to make a difference, meet great people, and help advance our vision: That all who have ears will hear.
What would I do?
We keep it pretty simple: make a personally meaningful gift to Hough Ear Institute, then bring us what you’re good at.
Your ideas. Your talents. Your connections. Your creativity.
Throughout the year, there are opportunities to get involved with our two biggest events, STEAM Camp in the summer and our Annual Awards Celebration at the end of the year. Volunteer, help us make connections, find a sponsor, bring a great idea, or jump in where your talents fit best.
And if you have an idea for something completely new? We’re all ears. We want our YPB members to help shape what this group can become.
You don’t need experience in hearing, healthcare, fundraising, or nonprofit work. Come as you are. Bring what you’re good at. We’ll introduce you to the mission.
When do we meet?
We meet the first Monday of every month at 4:00 PM.
