Wait Times & Access: Drivers are allocated a maximum 15-minute pickup/drop-off wait window. Requesting facilities must ensure designated lab contacts, room/department access, and clearance protocols are ready upon driver arrival.
Limitation of Liability: Gayloard Farms LLC coordinates route tracking and dispatch optimization. Gayloard Farms LLC and its independent couriers are not liable for compromised samples resulting from improper packaging, inadequate initial temperature controls, or inaccurate department routing details provided by the client.
