  • YOUTH INFORMATION

    This is the first of TWO required forms for Club KAST registration.

  • Registration is mandatory, we unfortunately cannot accept drop-ins.

    Step 1: YOUTH INFORMATION

    Complete this YOUTH INFORMATION form once per semester for each child participating in Club KAST.

     

    Step 2: DATE SELECTION

    Use the DATE SELECTION form to register youth for each Club KAST session they wish to attend. Dates can easily be added for each participant by completing a new DATE SELECTION form.

    This two form system prevents guardians from having to repeatedly enter all their youth's information.

    2:30 - 3:30 PM

    NDYC Walking Bus

    An NDYC staff member will meet kids at designated schools and walk with them to the NDYC. This service must be requested below. 

    • Hume Elementary
    • South Nelson Elementary
    • Wildflower School 

    School Busses

    Select school busses drop off at the NDYC after school.

    • Blewett Elementary, Bus: "22 - Giraffe" 
    • Brent Kennedy Elementary, Bus: "30 - Lizard" > "23 - Horse"

    Walking Unsupervised

    Youth may walk to the NDYC on their own with their guardians consent. KAST and the NDYC are not held responsible for youth safety prior to arriving at afterschool programming in this case. 

    Guardian drop-off

    Guardians may drop kids off at the NDYC between 2:30 - 3:30 pm. 

     

    Pick up from NDYC

    5:30 - 6:00 PM

    Pick-up from the NDYC by guardians.
