  • Welcome to Rule of Law Education! 

    Join us during the academic year 2026/2027 by organising ROLE in your country, and join all other organisers in ELSA's international fight for education on the rule of law, human rights and active democracy!

    Your involvement starts here! 

    By filling out and submitting this form, your National Group:

    • officially registers as an Organising National Group of ROLE for the 2026/2027 edition and fulfils its obligation to submit the ROLE Specification Form under Part 6, Chapter 4, Article 2.4(c) of the International Council Meeting Decision Book;
    • communicates information on the appointed National Coordinator to ELSA International;
    • submits information about its ROLE National Project to ELSA International;
    • joins the ROLE Coaching System, enabling ELSA International to assist and guide you throughout the whole process. 

    Don’t worry if you don’t have everything figured out yet! This Form helps us understand where your National Group currently stands and how we can best support you throughout the year.

  • National Coordinator

    Appointed by the National Group

  • According to Part 6, Chapter 4, Article 2.4(a) of the International Council Meeting Decision Book, each Organising National Group shall appoint an Officer that is in charge of the implementation of the Rule of Law Education in the National Group and its Local Groups.

    This person will be the main point of contact between ELSA International and your National and Local Groups.

    In recent practice, Coordinators were usually either the VP AA or the Director for ROLE or Social Responsibility of the respective National Group, but this appointment is fully up to your discretion.

  • Creating your own Derivative? According to Part 6, Chapter 4, Article 2.4(d) of the International Council Meeting Decision Book, Curriculum Derivatives shall be submitted to ELSA International for approval before their use. ELSA International shall respond within 14 days from receiving the Derivative.
