My energy-healing sessions are intentionally quiet. During the energetic portion of our sessions, I do very little speaking. I’m not going to narrate everything I sense or guide you toward what you should be experiencing. That quiet allows me to focus fully on the energy and gives you room to have your own experience without suggestion or distraction.
