    Application

  • Thank you for applying to Evermore Corps.

Evermore Corps is a select group of civic-minded individuals working to advance better systems, policies, and practices for bereaved people across America. This is our first cohort, and we're looking for people who share a passion for our mission and values.

The form below will help us get to know you better. You don't need a fully formed idea or a formal title to apply; what we're looking for is civic leadership, a willingness to follow the evidence, and alignment with Evermore's values. If that sounds like you, we're glad you're here.

Plan on about an hour to complete this application. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. If you have any questions, you can contact hello@evermore.org.

**All applications are due by 11:59pm on Friday, October 30, 2026.**

  • Share a video with us

Record a short video — 60 seconds or less — telling us who you are and the change you'd like to pursue. Speak to us the way you'd speak to a neighbor. We're listening for you and your idea, not for production quality. A phone camera in one take is exactly right. You can upload a file or provide us with a link (YouTube unlisted, Vimeo, Google Drive, Loom, Dropbox.) If a video isn't workable for you, audio alone is fine, or contact us at hello@evermore.org.

  • Section 2: Your Contact Information

  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
  • Section 3: Availability and Commitment

  • Training is required and is in-person only; there is no remote option. Can you attend in-person training in Washington, DC, on January 15-16, 2026?*
  • Are you able to commit to monthly virtual check-ins (up to 3 hours/month) for the full year following training?*
  • Would cost be a barrier to your participation? A limited number of scholarships are available. This question helps us know who to reach out to.*
  • Section 4: Closing

  • Thank you for taking the time to apply to Evermore Corps. We read every application carefully, seeking to understand the people behind them.

We review applications on a rolling basis and will be in touch either way — being turned down for this cohort doesn't rule you out for future ones.

If you have any questions in the meantime, reach out to us at hello@evermore.org.
