Wish a student "Happy Birthday" on DATA's Marquee!
Make a birthday announcement on the DATA Marquee -- all while supporting DATA's PTSA with your $10 donation. Donations are appreciated but not required! For those wanting to make a larger donation, feel free to add multiple birthday greetings and explain in the comment below. PTSA donations fund events and activities at DATA Middle School.
Instructions
Please contact us the week before the student's birthday week so that we can fulfill the birthday announcement request on time. For example: If your student's birthday is on a Monday, please fill out this form by Monday of the previous school week. The birthday announcement will be displayed on the marquee on the student's birthday.
