Access the Arts will be a show focused on multi-sensory experiences. Seeking art that can be accessed through various methods, including tactile engagement, audio components, scented items, and more!
All objects will have accompanying written visual descriptions; artists are welcome and encouraged to draft descriptions themselves, if able.
Submit up to 5 pieces for consideration on this form.
Deadline for submission: February 5, 2027
Installation: Once selected, you will drop off work that is framed or otherwise ready to display. All installation, braille/written labels, and visual descriptions will be installed at SEABA by volunteers. Reach out to Isabela ilnieves@uvm.edu for interest in volunteering!
Opening Reception: Free - First Friday, April 2nd from 5-10pm
Venue Accessibility: The venue is fully accessible, with two ramps to enter the building as well as a ramp into the venue space. There are multiple wheelchair accessible bathrooms on the premises. Accessible parking is located on the North side of the building. Please contact Isabela for any questions or concerns.
