Cityplace Pop-Up Series 2026/2027

Monday to Friday, 10am - 2pm

The Cityplace Pop-Up Series runs Monday to Friday, beginning September 21, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the 2nd floor.

Unlike the Farmers’ Market, the Pop-Up Series provides a smaller-scale opportunity for select vendors to showcase and sell their products on non-Market days—putting your brand directly in front of Cityplace’s daily visitors.

Multiple vendors may be scheduled on the same day; however, we limit each product or service category to one vendor per day.

Dates are flexible and available Monday to Friday, excluding Farmers’ Market days and statutory holidays. Please BE SPECIFIC of all dates you would like.

The vendor fee is $30 per day. If booking multiple dates, the full amount is due on your first day of set up. Payment is accepted by cash or cheque only; credit and debit are not accepted.

A portable kiosk and display shelving MAY be available upon request and MAY result in an additional fee for use. Would you require this?
