Join us for Mayor Moran's Halloween on Penn event on Thursday, October 29, from 5:00–8:00 PM on the 600 block of Penn Street!

This free table & treat block party event is an opportunity for vendors, businesses, and community organizations to give back to local families in a fun and spooky way. This is not a sales event—vendors are encouraged to decorate their tables, get creative, and dress up in the Halloween spirit while handing out treats to children.

Halloween on Penn has become a special annual tradition in our community, providing families with a safe, festive, and family-friendly space to celebrate Halloween and make special memories together. This block party events has a variety of activities for children, photo opportunities for families, while a DJ provides the perfect energetic soundtrack to the evening.
