I understand and acknowledge that participation in football practices and games involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, and other dangers associated with playing football. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child's participation in any practice and/or game, including risks that may arise from the negligence or carelessness of other participants, spectators, or organizers.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Westside Mustangs its volunteers and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including but not limited to medical expenses, arising out of or in any way related to my child's participation in any football event, whether caused by the negligence of the released parties or otherwise.
