      • WhatsApp Group & Privacy

        The Meira Method Monthly Membership includes participation in a group WhatsApp chat. By participating, you understand that your name, phone number, profile photo, messages, and any information you choose to share may be visible to other group members. Please respect the privacy of all members and do not share, screenshot, forward, or distribute another member’s messages, photos, or personal information outside the group.

      • Meira Access Terms

        The $125 monthly Meira Access Membership includes direct private email and WhatsApp access to Meira for general nutrition questions and clarification. Messages will be answered within 24 hours on regular business days and are not an immediate-response service. This membership does not include private counseling sessions, individualized assessment or reassessment, Medical Nutrition Therapy, or ongoing changes to a personal meal plan. Additional private services may be scheduled separately.

      • Automatic Renewal & Cancellation Policy

        Your membership will renew automatically each month using the payment method provided until you cancel. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least three business days before your next billing date. Cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle. Monthly charges that have already been processed are non-refundable and will not be prorated.
