**APPLICATION  DEADLINE is September 14th, 2026 23:59 KST**

Applicant must be a Korean adoptee (or a Descendant of a Korean adoptee) AND a G.O.A.'L. member to be eligible for this scholarship. Applying for the G.O.A.'L. scholarship is separate from applying to the university program. Please make sure you apply to the program on the university site.

The following application is for G.O.A.'L.'s partial scholarship.

Partial scholarships (20-50% off total tuition) are offered to the following universities in Seoul, only for the programs mentioned below:

• Sogang University - 30% off KAP200; 20% off KGP200 (Regular programs only)
• Ewha Womans University - 30% off Regular Program only
• Yonsei University - 30% off Regular Program only
• Korea University - 50% off Morning and Afternoon Regular Program

Receiving a scholarship is not guaranteed.

Partial scholarships come from an agreement G.O.A.'L. has with each university and the discounts come directly from the school. G.O.A.'L.'s position is to recommend adoptees for the scholarship. 

The scholarship is valid only for one semester. If you'd like to continue studying at the university and have scholarship, you need to apply for it again.

Adoptees are only allowed to receive a partial scholarship a maximum of 2 times from each university. 

If you have received a partial scholarship from G.O.A.'L. or through any other organization (i.e. adoption agency) for 2 semesters, you are UNABLE to receive a scholarship at that same university.
