We know what this asks of you, and we don't take it lightly. ELEVATE is an industry initiative supporting all veterinary technicians. Organizations from across the profession sit in its leadership, with AVTE and NAVTA driving the collaboration.

A cohort of twelve early-career technicians moves through it together, from a two-day kickoff at the Veterinary Leadership Conference in January to graduation at AVMA in July.

You will build leadership presence, communication confidence, and real connection to the wider veterinary community. Growth like this happens together, not alone. That is One Community thinking, and it is why ELEVATE exists.
