  Dues calculations are based on your materials budget. You will receive and invoice for the appropriate amount based on the Member Dues Schedule.

  Your materials budget is the annual dollar figure reserved for the purchase of library materials to add to your holdings (books, videos, databases, etc.) This figure should not include any funds reserved for operations or supplies.

- The undersigned institutional representative petitions the Board of Trustees of the Western New York Library Resources Council for membership in WNYLRC.
  
  The undersigned understands that this petition will be reviewed in accordance with the bylaws of WNYLRC and, if applicable, the Commissioner’s Regulations for the registration of Library Reference and Research Resources Systems dated November 19, 1996.
  
  The undersigned understands that for this year the dues shall be based on the Membership Dues Schedule and is for the calendar year. Upon notification of acceptance by WNYLRC’s Board of Trustees, the membership shall become effective upon receipt of dues for the membership year.
  
  The undersigned understands that the scale of dues for future years shall be recommended by the Board of Trustees and ratified by a majority vote of the representatives of Governing (voting) member institutions or by ballot.
  
  The undersigned understands that Governing and Standard Members agree to willingly and freely share available resources regionally, as stated in the WNYLRC Member Bylaws. Please familiarize yourself with these bylaws.
