Artist Directory

As a member of Alberni Arts, you'll get your own profile in our online Artist Directory.

This is a public, browsable showcase where visitors can filter by artist medium and type to discover local talent. Your listing includes a short bio, a photo, examples of your work, and a direct link to your own website or Facebook page.

This makes it easy for art lovers and buyers to find you and connect. It's a simple, lasting way to raise your visibility in the community year-round.

Featured Artist

Artist members are eligible for our Featured Artist Series, a biweekly spotlight that puts your work and story in front of the whole community, with coverage across the Alberni Arts website, the local newspaper, our newsletter, and social media.

Paired with your profile in our online Artist Directory, this is one of the many ways membership helps you connect with new audiences, buyers, and fellow artists across the Valley.

Visitor Centre Giftshop Program

We are happy to be partnered with the Alberni Valley Chamber of Commerce to provide a shared member benefit to our members. Members of Alberni Arts and the Chamber of Commerce are eligible to sell their items in the Visitor Centre giftshop. This membership is an additional $52.50 fee. Those who are interested will be sent to the Chamber of Commerce to learn more and signup.

Artist Information

Please select the categories/disciplines that apply to you as an artist.

If you have already submitted your bio and have uploaded images to us, you do not have to upload it again.

Bring the whole crew — however you define it.

Our Family Membership welcomes every kind of household, because we believe families come in all shapes, sizes, and forms, and you don't even need to be related to belong together.

It's a welcoming, flexible way to bring the people who matter to you into a shared love of the arts.

• There's no limit to how many family members you can add to your membership, so whether it's two people or ten, everyone gets to be part of the Alberni Valley arts community.

• One member is named as the voting representative to keep things simple and consistent across all our membership types.

• All members are added to our newsletter.

Small business and group memberships are a great way for organizations, studios, guilds, and local businesses to support the arts in the Alberni Valley while enjoying the full benefits of membership.

Each group or business membership carries one vote, giving your organization a voice in shaping the direction of Alberni Arts. When you join, we’ll ask how many people are part of your group. This number doesn’t affect your vote, but it helps us show funders, government, and community partners how many people Alberni Arts represents, which strengthens our advocacy for the arts in our region.
