1. Work Authorization & Test Drives: I authorize the repair/installation work outlined above, including necessary parts, materials, and labor. I grant permission to employees of the facility to operate the vehicle for testing, inspection, and delivery at my sole risk.
2. Payment Terms & Storage Fees: Payment in full is due upon completion of services prior to vehicle release. Quoted prices reflect our standard rates; a 3% discount is applied to transactions settled in physical cash or check. No storage charges apply for the first two (2) business days following notification of service completion; storage fees are $35.00 per day thereafter.
3. Mechanic’s Lien & Repossession Warning: AN EXPRESS MECHANIC’S LIEN IS HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGED UNDER TEXAS PROPERTY CODE CHAPTER 70 TO SECURE PAYMENT FOR REPAIRS, PARTS, LABOR, AND STORAGE FEES. IN THE EVENT PAYMENT IS MADE BY CHECK, CREDIT CARD, OR ELECTRONIC TRANSFER AND IS LATER DISHONORED, STOPPED, OR CHARGED BACK, THE FACILITY RESERVES THE LEGAL RIGHT TO REPOSSESS THE VEHICLE ACCORDING TO LAW.
4. Warranties: All new parts and labor carry a 90-day / 3,000-mile limited warranty unless otherwise noted. NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER IS PROVIDED ON CUSTOMER-PROVIDED PARTS OR PRE-OWNED AUDIO GEAR.
5. Limitation of Liability: The facility is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of contents left inside the vehicle, or for vehicle loss caused by fire, hail, storm, or acts of nature while on shop premises.
