Registration & Participation Information
Registration/Administration Fee
This fee reserves your choir’s spot in the Celebration and is due at the time of registration:
$100 per choir – Register by September 30, 2026
$200 per choir – Register October 1–November 15, 2026
$350 per choir – Register November 16, 2026–January 16, 2027
Register by September 30 to save at least 50% on your Registration Fee!
Participation Fee
This fee is for each individual attending (students, counselors, and directors):
$95 per participant – Paid by November 15, 2026
$105 per participant – Paid after November 15, 2026
Ready to Register?
1. Fill out the Registration Form below.
2. Estimate the number of participants attending. This number isn’t final, but it helps with planning.
3. Submit the form.
4. YouthCUE will send you an invoice for the Registration Fee once your form is received.
5. Your final participant count is due by November 1, 2026. We’ll then send an invoice for your Participation Fee. Payment is due by November 15 to avoid the late fee.
