Dulcimer Build and Play Class

Age as of 9/1/26
Students ages 13–18 will build a cardboard mountain dulcimer from a kit and then learn to play it with instructor Bob Crosby.

The weekly one-hour class begins Saturday, September 5, at 10:00 a.m. and is limited to five students.

No previous woodworking or musical experience is required, and each student will keep the completed dulcimer.

Students are required to perform with the class at our December 5 concert.
Please review calendar on the home page of our website. Make sure you will miss no more than 2 teaching days and can participate in the final semester performance.

Payment
Because the class fee covers the dulcimer kit and other materials as well as instruction, tuition assistance, discounts, and payment plans are not available for this class. Students not using Alabama CHOOSE must pay the full fee when submitting the registration form.

Alabama CHOOSE students should change the suggested payment amount to $0 before clicking Submit. Scrollworks will send an invoice for the full class fee for submission to ClassWallet.
