You are ready to put a new item on the calendar. We use this form to build your listing, prices, schedule, and guest instructions.

Why fill it out
So each booking is staffed, set up, and listed clearly for guests. A paper copy is available in the Larimer's digital arts studio if you prefer to complete the form by hand.
Required Information

The following information is required for our team to start building your new item.

This is what people will see when browsing offerings.
Category
Specify the date range that this item is offered.
ex. 6/1/2018 - 12/31/2019 or Year Round
Specify what days of the week the item is offered
Ex: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
What time(s) is this item offered? Please include start and end times.
Ex: Mondays & Wednesdays from 3-4pm, Fridays from 3-4pm and 5-7pm.
What is the duration of the tour or activity?*
Ex. 1 hour, 2.5 hours, 48 hours, 5 days (always mention in hours or days)
What is the total capacity of each availability?
Ex: Each tour has a maximum capacity of 30 people.
What are the different booking options and prices?
Ex: Adults (Ages 13+) $56.00, Children (Ages 12 and under) $36.00, etc.

What percentage or dollar amount are you willing to give the affiliates/travel agents who drive bookings for you?
