All YFS ratified clubs have access to graphics assistance through the YFS Design & Digital Accessibility Department. Clubs can submit a request if they need help with designing a logo, banner, business cards, or other item. Requests will be reviewed and must be approved by the Director, Design & Digital Accessibility.
Please submit one form per request. Do not submit multiple requests in a single application. The request forms and its accompanying documents (text, images, etc.) must be submitted at least 14 days before the date required.
Clubs have access to one (1) free banner and one (1) set of 100 business cards per year. If the club requires an extra banner or set of business cards, they will have to be paid by the club out of pocket.
In order to request a banner or business cards, please submit a banner/business card request form found on yfs.ca/clubservices. Any other service would be an extra charge.
