Events require a 25% deposit that will be collected at time of booking to hold date

No payment will be required if the event is rescheduled or cancelled 2 week before the event, at which time the full deposit will be refunded. Rescheduling or cancellation after the 2 week period will result in a forfeiture of 10% of the estimated cost, plus any costs accrued from specialty good(s) or service(s) already rendered. Cancellation less than 48 hours from the date of the event will incur a fee equal to 25% of the estimated cost.

Floral arrangements, musical instruments, and wedding/specialty cakes may be delivered to Doña on the day of the event, during regular hours with prior management approval and must be removed at the close of the event. Doña will not be responsible for lost or stolen items brought in by Customer, Customer guests, or vendors hired by Customer.
