Our business operates 7 days a week, and this position requires flexibility to work different days and schedules based on business needs. We also have blackout periods before major holidays when time-off requests are generally not approved. Please describe your availability, including Saturdays, Sundays and holiday black out periods, and any days or times you are unable to work as well.

Please describe your previous experience with routing, dispatching, deliveries, logistics, scheduling, or coordinating drivers. Include any experience you have setting routes, managing delivery schedules, monitoring drivers, or handling changes throughout the day. Include any experience with spreadsheets, routing software, driver/delivery apps, inventory systems, order-entry systems, or other computer programs you have used in previous positions.

This position requires directing drivers, setting expectations, communicating with staff, and holding people accountable. Please describe your previous experience leading or managing people and give an example of how you handled a performance, communication, or accountability issue.
