Inspection deliverable. Each inspection includes a technician-backed estimate identifying critical repairs and proactive maintenance. Travel time and mileage are included for equipment within 60 miles of an SS Equipment location.
Inspection payment. The inspection fee is due upfront for cash customers and is not waived or credited if repairs are approved.
Parts-only option. For an inspected unit, customers who perform their own repairs may save 10% on regular New Holland parts ordered by December 31, 2026. Oil, twine, non-CNH parts and other excluded items do not receive this discount.
2. DISCOUNT TIERS, ELIGIBILITY & SCHEDULING
Per-unit calculation. Each unit and work order is evaluated separately. The SS discount tier is based on the final qualifying parts-and-labor subtotal before the SS Winter Service percentage discount. Hauling is excluded, and separate units may not be combined.
Eligible discounts. The discounts shown on page 1 apply to eligible New Holland parts and regular labor charges. Exclusions include, but are not limited to, oil, twine and non-CNH parts.
Existing work is excluded. Equipment already at SS Equipment, on an open work order, on the shop floor or otherwise being worked on before enrollment is not eligible for Winter Service benefits.
Availability. SS Equipment will coordinate the service schedule. Enrolled equipment must be available when scheduled; benefits may be forfeited if the unit is unavailable.
Repair approval. Enrollment reserves program eligibility but does not authorize repairs. SS Equipment will obtain customer approval of the estimate before performing recommended repairs.
3. EARLY-ENROLLMENT HAULING
October 31 deadline. For units enrolled by October 31, 2026 with at least $2,500 in qualifying parts and labor per unit, the customer pays pickup hauling and SS Equipment credits the return haul. Hauling is charged in both directions for all other units enrolled.
Pickup charge. Cash and credit-card customers must pay pickup hauling at pickup; Winter Service work will not begin until that charge is paid. Productivity Plus customers may have hauling included on the final per-unit work order.
Release condition. Return hauling is not scheduled until outstanding work orders are paid or successfully charged to Productivity Plus.
4. DEPOSITS, PAYMENT & EQUIPMENT RELEASE
Deposits. Large overhauls may require progress payments. Non-refundable parts may require an initial deposit or prepayment. The deposit is waived when Productivity Plus is the customer's default payment method. Any unapplied deposit is applied to the final work order.
Cash and credit card. Payment is due in full at service completion. Equipment will not be released and return hauling will not be scheduled until all applicable work orders are paid in full.
Seven-day rule. Work orders not settled within seven days of completion may forfeit applicable Winter Service discounts, subject to any exception granted by SS Equipment.
5. PRODUCTIVITY PLUS PROMOTION BENEFITS
Final processing. SS Equipment will submit one final Winter Service work order per unit, including applicable hauling, to the customer's Productivity Plus account.
Qualification. Advertised financing and statement credits require an approved Productivity Plus account, a qualifying service transaction, applicable CNH parts-content requirements, and CNH program availability at completion. The parts portion of the qualifying transaction must be at least 90% CNH parts.
Statement credit. The advertised statement credit posts to the customer's Productivity Plus account and does not reduce the SS Equipment invoice. Final eligibility is determined when the work order is processed.
Alternate payment. If SS Equipment cannot charge the Productivity Plus account, the customer must provide another payment method before the equipment is released. The seven-day discount-forfeiture rule still applies.
