The 26th iteration of Vancouver Model United Nations (VMUN) will be held at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver and Fairmont Hotel Vancouver in Downtown Vancouver, from January 29–31, 2027. 

This registration form is only for sponsor teachers and faculty advisors to complete on behalf of their delegations. Only once their school is registered for the conference can delegates complete the delegate registration form. Filling out this form in a quick manner gives your delegates priority for country assignments, which means that their requests have a higher likelihood of being accepted, and will be processed at a faster pace. Upon successfully completing this form, you will be contacted with details of the delegate registration process.

We ask that, if you are a member of the school administration, you input another member's contact information instead. This ensures we can communicate with your school's administration directly and avoid any delays. 

VMUN 2027 will be using two hotels: the Hyatt Regency Vancouver and the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. Rooming arrangements and committees will be split between either hotel.

The information provided below will not be used to reserve spots for your delegation; rather, this information will solely be used for planning purposes. 

Please write a short summary of your delegation's overall experience level. While we understand that there will inevitably be differing experience levels, a general summary of the number of conferences that most delegates have attended greatly eases the assignment process. 

This year, there are two methods for payment of delegate registration fees. Individual payment by delegates online is the default method. Delegates from schools choosing this option will be asked to submit their payment on the delegate registration form. Schools may also choose to pay as a group and will be sent an invoice in early December.

By clicking "Yes" below, you are indicating that you are fully aware of and agree to adhere to our payment system. 

VMUN is proud to provide delegates with a comprehensive financial aid program upon request. We provide financial aid for both individual Delegate Registration Fees and school-related fees (i.e. deposits and/or chaperone room fees). While aid differs based on the scenario, typical financial aid waives either 25% or 50% of the pertinent fee. We will assess financial aid to chaperones on a case by case basis. 

Indicating "Yes" on any of the boxes below is merely to help with internal VMUN planning, and it will not be considered an application for financial aid. For more information on our financial aid program, please refer to the Financial Aid page.

In signing up for VMUN 2027, you agree to the following Cancellation Policy:

By submitting a registration for VMUN, your delegates are confirming their attendance. We immediately begin to make preparations in order to make their experience as smooth as possible. Such preparations include reserving potential hotel accommodation and ordering their conference materials like placards and delegate folders. For this reason, as the conference date approaches, the according refund will shrink, should they choose to withdraw or cancel their registration.

Vancouver Model United Nations will be processing delegate withdrawals and cancellations based on the date when the request is made. Refunds will be made as follows unless otherwise authorized in writing:

After November 13, 2026	No refund

Cancellations made after November 13, 2026, due to medical issues, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any cancellations must be made directly to the Delegate Affairs team at delegates@vmun.com.

Please note that this Cancellation Policy is directly available to your delegates on the Delegate Registration form and the VMUN website. 

By registering your delegation for VMUN 2027, you agree to our Rooming Configuration Policy. Immediately upon receiving your registration, the VMUN Secretariat begins preparations to ensure that every delegate has the best possible experience at our upcoming iteration. This includes coordinating with the Hyatt Regency Vancouver or the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver to accommodate your delegation’s rooming requests. Thus, after November 27, 2026, you will not be permitted to make any changes in rooming configurations, including, but not limited to, switching delegates between rooms, changing delegate occupancy per room, adding, or removing rooms.

Please note that delegates staying in rooms below quadruple occupancy as indicated in the rooming arrangements submitted by their sponsor teacher will be subject to certain rooming upgrade fees outlined on our Registration page. For schools that have chosen to pay registration costs collectively as a school, these fees will be included in the final invoice provided. For schools opting for individual delegate payment, these fees will be directly collected from the delegates that require a rooming upgrade; these delegates will receive further communication regarding this process after rooming arrangements are finalized in December.

For some schools that are unable to allocate their delegates to fill rooms to quadruple capacity, VMUN offers optional joint rooming with students from other schools. This helps us create more efficient rooming arrangements and removes the need for the additional rooming upgrade fees that delegates in an unfilled room may otherwise be subject to. If your school is open to having joint rooming with another delegation, please indicate so below. Please note that a response of “Yes” does not guarantee joint rooming for your delegation. We will coordinate all logistics surrounding this process and contact you with further confirmation and details in December if joint rooming arrangements are possible.
