  • Campaign Awards Description

    The Point of Care Marketing Association proudly presents the 2027 Point of Care Excellence Awards, recognizing the campaigns, purpose-driven initiatives, and individuals advancing Point of Care marketing. 

    Showcase your work and be recognized among the industry's best. 

    Winners will be celebrated at the 2027 POC NOW Summit on March 18, 2027.

     

    Best Branded Point of Care Campaign

    Recognizing outstanding branded campaigns that effectively engage patients, caregivers, and/or healthcare professionals within the Point of Care environment.

     

    Best Unbranded Point of Care Campaign

    Honoring exceptional disease awareness and health education campaigns that inform, educate, and inspire action without promoting a specific product.

     

    Best Multicultural Point of Care Campaign

    Celebrating campaigns that authentically engage diverse audiences through culturally informed Point of Care strategy and execution.

     

    Important submission guidelines

    This form may be used to submit one award entry.

    • You may select multiple categories, e.g., Best Branded and Best Multicultural, within the campaign awards, if the same entry applies.
    • Submissions are due by February 1, 2027.

    Submission Specifications

    All written responses must adhere to stated word limits

    • Creative samples should be submitted as image files, JPG or PNG format
    • Documents: PDF format (maximum file size: 10MB per file)
    • Digital/video content: Provide an accessible URL (maximum file size: 10MB per file)
    • Confidential or proprietary information should be clearly marked
    • All metrics and data must be verifiable
  • Eligibility to Submit

    • Brands, pharmaceutical companies, agencies, and healthcare organizations may submit campaigns
    • Campaigns must have launched or been active anytime between January 2025 – December 2026

     

    Review and Selection Process

    • Eligibility Review: All submissions will be reviewed for completeness and eligibility
    • Evaluation: Selected judges will independently score submissions based on the award criteria
    • Scoring Criteria:
      • Strategic approach and execution (25%)
      • Creative excellence (25%)
      • Point of care integration and effectiveness (25%)
      • Measurable results and impact (25%)
