Important Event Information

Event Date: December 19, 2026
Event Hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Vendor Setup: Begins at 8:00 AM; booths must be ready by 9:45 AM.

Your vendor space is not guaranteed until your application is approved and payment is received in full. All vendors must be paid in full by November 20, 2026. Unpaid spaces may be forfeited. No refunds or rain checks will be issued.

Vendors are responsible for their own booth setup and teardown.

Food Vendors: Must provide all food, cooking, and heating equipment. Electrical and water access will be available.

Photography/Video: Kung Jung Mu Sul of Schertz will photograph and/or record the parts of the event for use on social media and promotional materials.

Raffle: Raffle donations are greatly appreciated. Donations may include products, services, gift cards, or gift certificates. Proceeds support the KJMS Demo Team.

Kung Jung Mu Sul of Schertz - Vendor Waiver of Liability & Release

Release of Liability: In consideration of being permitted to participate as a vendor at the KJMS Holiday Bazaar, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby release and waive any and all claims against Kung Jung Mu Sul of Schertz, its employees, volunteers, and agents for personal injury, illness (including death), accidents, or property loss or damage arising from or related to my participation in the event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification & Hold Harmless: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kung Jung Mu Sul of Schertz, its employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from or related to my participation in the Holiday Bazaar, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Photo & Video Release: I authorize Kung Jung Mu Sul of Schertz to photograph and/or record me during the event and to use my image, likeness, or voice for advertising, promotional, social media, display, audiovisual, or editorial purposes without compensation.

Acknowledgment: I have carefully read and understand this Waiver of Liability, Release, and Indemnification Agreement. I understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to bring certain claims against Kung Jung Mu Sul of Schertz. I voluntarily agree to these terms and intend this agreement to be a complete and unconditional release of liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I represent that I am 18 years of age or older, have read and understand this agreement, and am competent and authorized to enter into it.

By submitting this vendor registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver.
