SMB Lifetime Membership

Application Form
This membership category is available for all Regular Members who are interested in becoming a Lifetime Member and paying a one time fee to enjoy SMB Membership for their lifetime. Lifetime Members receive all the benefits and discounts available to Regular Members.

The Lifetime Member dues calculation is based upon the applicant's current age and the current Regular Standard Membership fee: (65-current age)*($150) or a minimum of $750.
