2026 Fall Festival – Vendor Rules & Guidelines

1. Setup & Arrival: Vendors are responsible for bringing all of their own equipment, tables, chairs, tents, extension cords, and any other supplies needed. Setup begins at 8:00 AM, and all vendors must be fully set up by 8:30 AM. The event begins promptly at 9:00 AM.

2. Free 2026 Fall Festival: This is a FREE Festival. There is no charge for services, resources, or information provided to attendees. Vendors may share information, resources, and community services at no cost to guests.

3. Cleanup & Guest Interaction: At the conclusion of the event, vendors are responsible for cleaning their area and removing all items, equipment, trash, and displays they brought. Please be respectful, welcoming, and compassionate to all guests, helping us create a positive and uplifting experience for everyone attending.
Consent & Waiver
By registering and/or participating, you grant permission to Hearts of Rescue to photograph and/or record you and/or your child(ren) for promotional use without compensation. You assume all risks and release Hearts of Rescue, its organizers, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any liability related to participation. Participation is voluntary.
